A constant eye twitch is never easy to deal with. You probably know this if you've ever been through it. Most of them start in the left or right eye or eyelid and then start happening in both eyes. Most of the time they don't happen in both eye simultaneously.
Again the main cause of this is probably either stress or lack of sleep. Well sometimes we're too busy and just don't have time to get more rest and this constant twitching under the eye can get really annoying!
You should start off by trying some other things:
* One tip is to eat more fruits and vegetables. Especially things like bananas that have a lot of potassium. A lack of potassium could cause constant eye twitching.
* Drink more water and stay away from things like pop and alcohol, as they will only dehydrate you.
* Believe it or not, sometimes just by simply NOT thinking about it, your eye twitch will go away. You'll eventually forget about it.. So try not to think about it hopefully it will go away!
* There really is no treatment for a twitching eye, so a doctor won't give you much help. But an eye twitch could be a sign that your eyes are getting bad and you might need to go get checked for glasses.
* Try not to drink too many things with caffeine especially coffee, pop, and energy drinks.
* Some people will even tell you to try acupuncture. A combination of the acupuncture therapy itself and the relaxation you get will do wonders.
The first way to treat constant eye twitching is still by getting more sleep.
