A tidy home is a happy home, we all know it. And the cleaning chore is the tedious of all, which is also one of the distasteful truths. All of us believe in keeping our place neat and tidy, things organized and well in place, floors shining and windows stain free, but there is so much time and effort to sacrifice and it gives so little in return.
Here come few tricks and tips which most of us can benefit from.

Kitchen is the heart of home. It is a working place of many home makers and favourite hangout for toddlers. Cleaning of a house always begins from the kitchen which is prone to so many stains and marks.
Stained, cloudy drinking glasses can be cleaned by soaking them into warm white vinegar for little more than an hour.
To clean a coffee grinder, grind up a cup of rice.
On adding 1/4th cup of lemon juice in the dish washer, the dishes can be deodorised.
To remove the odour of fish after cooking, keep a bowl of white vinegar.
Place a water soaked paper towel on the unplugged grill after cooking, for 5 to 30 minutes. It loosens the grease which then can be wiped off easily.
Placing a cup of baking soda in the microwave helps getting rid from food odours.
Smelly sponges can be cleaned up by keeping them in the microwave for a short while after a thorough wash.
