Fat (which should be 20% of your intake) is another main source of energy.
Moderate fat intake should be performed while into getting fit.
Fat is an essential nutrient that produces energy for daily workout routines, keeps the skin healthy, lubricates joints and encourages the absorptions of certain vitamins.
Unsaturated fats, especially monounsaturated fats, are considered the "healthier" ones.
Sources of unsaturated fats include nuts, seeds, vegetable oils and soft margarine.
You can perform all such gym activities but it doesn't make a difference if you forget your diet.
Proper nutrition seems to be forgotten by lots of people, they just want to get fit.
