Do you have a blog and you don't know how to create an interesting content attracting readers? Or you need to relaunch your career as a content writer and you don't know how and where to find your inspiration? Or you have the blog already, but your success in creating a certain support among your audience are rather modest if non-existent? I will try to offer a couple of ideas and sources of inspiration.
If you have your own blog or if you decide to open up one in the next hours, days and weeks, it is very important that you not only open it, but you update it at least once the week.
Before opening it, think about how much time do you want to dedicate to this activityand try to accommodate your daily or weekly program.
A certain frequency of your posts is creating your pool of readers.
From the first moment of your blogging activity you have to be fully aware of the fact that writing a blog is an act of open communication and you are part of a global dialogue.
Practically, it is a dialogue without any limits: maybe you never leaved your town, but only staying in the front of your computer you can open conversations with people all over the world.
And for this dialogue there must be at least two protagonists.
Another important aspect related to blogging: Try to be as specific as possible when answering the question "Why do you blog"? It can be a diary blog, or a blog about your hobbies - pets, painting, knitting, books - or about your family and your projects.
Whatever it is, tell this to your readers from the first post.
From my experience, this is one of the first elements the readers on a new blog are consulting.
And it is natural, as you need to know with whom you are talking about, isn't it? Based to your defined area of interest, organize your post: every month, at least, make a list of the topics you would like to write about.
Prepare the documentation in time and post them regularly.
Avoid long posts and complicate words or references known only by you and a couple of people.
Be explicit and respect other people times.
If your reader didn't realize what you are talking about from the first paragraph, maybe you need to change something.
Honesty is a main trait of character, in online and offline life: quote and mention your sources.
Don't steal other people's ideas.
In the 2.
0 world is easier than you expect.
In your posts, try to be as personal as possible.
Share your impressions about a product, an event or tell a story of your life.
The diversity of sources you can read on the Internet is amazing, but people are still looking for original writers.
Why? Because a unique perspective and originality will always be important.
It is easier to post on your blog links from newspapers, but your reader would be interested to read your own opinion about the article.
Take your time, read the article and write a couple of impressions about.
Keep yourself updated.
If your blog is, such as, about travel, find the most valuable trends in the area, the most seen places and the recommended writing tips.
Show your readers that you are really passionate about what do you write and not only a trend follower who would like to occupy a domain name.
Use as many images as possible.
Even if you are writing a book about writing, visual illustrations are important for catching the reader's eye.
And, of course, don't forget to mention the source of your reputation.
Blogging is not so complicate from the technical point of view, and to be successful you need to be present, passionate and to show that you care.
In fact, it is nothing special, but the ingredient you will need in any project set for success.
