MPEG Streamclip

Download MPEG Streamclip from the Squared 5 Download page. Be sure to save the file in an easy-to-find location, then open file once the download completes. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation of MPEG Streamclip.

Locate the MPEG file you would like to convert to MP4. Right-click on the file and select "Open With," then choose "MPEG Streamclip."

Click the File menu, located at the top of the MPEG Streamclip window once the MPEG file has loaded. Select "Export to MPEG-4" from the file menu.

Click "Make MP4" from the settings window to begin the conversion process.

Any Video Converter

Navigate to the Any Video Converter download page in your web browser, then download the Any Video Converter software. Double-click the file that was downloaded to launch the installer, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Open the Any Video Converter software.

Locate the MPEG file that you would like to convert to MP4 in Windows Explorer. Windows Explorer can be accessed by holding the Windows key and pressing "E."

Drag the MPEG file that you would like to convert to MP4 into the Any Video Converter software window, then release the left mouse button to drop the file.

Select "Customized MP4 Movie" from the "Profile" drop-down box in the top right of the screen.

Click "Convert," located at the top of the Any Video Converter software window, to begin the conversion process.

OJOsoft Total Video Converter

Download the "OJOsoft Total Video Converter" from the OJOsoft website. Once the file has downloaded, double-click it to launch the installer, then follow the onscreen prompts to complete the installation.

Open the OJOsoft Total Video Converter application.

Click the "Browse" button then select the MPEG file you would like to convert to MP4. Click "Open" to import the file.

Click the button labeled "To MP4" at the top of the software window.

Click "Convert" to begin the conversion process.
