So often a politically correct society will argue; do the means justify the ends? But, in reality the question we should put towards the end; is do the ends justify the means? In other words if we do everything the politically correct way even though we cannot get to the proper goal, then why do anything in the first place, because it is obvious that will not work.
This is really the law of unintended consequences.
If we do everything so perfectly correct to make every last person happy, no matter if that person will not participate and we fail in the end for some unforseen reason, because we were so concentrating on the means then who has been served? No one.
Let me give you an example of something that happened in San Jose, CA.
The city voted to put in natural gas buses.
Unfortunately the natural gas motors only last 50,000 miles, instead of 250,000 miles.
They did this to help the environment.
Unfortunately, the increased costs of buses only lasting 50,000 miles meant they had to raise the price of the fares.
When they raised the price of the fares no one wished to ride the bus anymore.
As fewer and fewer people rode the bus they had to keep raising the prices to pay for the buses.
Eventually they had to subsidize the bus system.
Meanwhile all the old bus engines are stacked out there along with the old buses rotting as the iron oxides run into the groundwater, which starts at 4 feet and us pollute the environment, not to mention all the cars on the road whose drivers normally would have ridden the buses.
These are just some of the types of unintended consequences that politically correct decision makers cause due to their selective reading in inability to see the truth.
Then as I point these things out they condemn me and call me stupid.
But may I ask who is really stupid here?Political correctness is the real culprit and it is an unwise way to run things, it does not work and it is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard about in my entire life.
We need to care for this problem of political correctness and we need it now.
