There's no denying that a huge chunk of the human population wants to have a killer body and more importantly, awesome abs.
The problem though is that not everyone on that list works hard to be in that perfect shape that they want.
Not everybody is able to transform that desire into reality although many are still trying and struggling.
This ambition has fueled the weight loss industry throughout the years and even up to now.
This is just one of the many things indicative of how badly folks from all walks of life want to lose weight and resemble a supermodel.
Another indication is the show "The Biggest Loser" which is quite a huge hit (no pun intended) in reality TV entertainment and in the whole world.
But not everyone can get on that show, so you'd better start working on getting those great, awesome abs that you fantasized having for a long time now.
Keep in mind that this is not going to be that easy but you are overdramatic if you think learning Calculus is easier than working out or exercising.

One is money because how are you going to get the services of a personal trainer if you can't afford to pay his/her rate? Fitness centers in your area may require some membership fees as well, not to mention gas and transportation expenses to consider.
If you would rather install a small fitness area at your place, you still have to spend cash for fitness tools, accessories and equipments.
Those work-out DVDs, abs programs and exercise routines can also cost a fortune.
You will definitely have a problem if you don't have extra funds or happen to be financially short at the moment.
Apart from money, which to some people is already a huge deal, your next concern as you get ripped to achieve those awesome abs is time.
You know that this can't be done overnight.
If you are a very busy individual, how will you find time to regularly work out or exercise? That's something that you should put in mind and somehow find a solution.
Even if you have all the time in the world to do this whole staying-in-shape thing, you still have to be patient because it's going to take some time before you see the results of your hard work.
Perhaps the most important thing you will ever need to pull this off and to get those great, awesome abs you want is self-discipline.
However, this is often disregarded by many individuals working out, going on and on about how proper diet and regular exercise are the only keys to getting an amazingly ripped body.
What they don't know is that without discipline, they wouldn't last long in work-out routines.
Without discipline or self-control, they wouldn't be able to follow through their diet properly.
Therefore, it should be noted that lack of discipline can be your major obstacle in completing this challenge.
