- 1). Cut three pieces of thin-gauge jewelry wire. Make each piece about 2/3 the length of the headband.
- 2). Use a pair of thin-nosed pliers to wrap one end of one wire around the headband, about 1 1/2 inches from one end. Ensure the end of the wire is pressed tightly against the headband.
- 3). Make a curved shape from the next two inches of the wire and string beads onto the curve. Wrap the wire tightly around the headband once and make a curve from the remainder of the wire. Leave about 1/2 inch of wire to wrap around the headband.
- 4). String beads onto the curve and use the pliers to wrap the end around the headband.
- 5). Wrap one end of the next piece of wire around the headband, about one inch upward from the first wire end.
- 6). Make a curved shape from the next three inches of the wire and string the pearls onto the curve. Wrap the wire around the headband once and make a curve from the remainder of the wire, leaving 1/2 inch again. Slide pearls onto the curve and wrap the wire end around the headband.
- 7). Wrap the remaining wire end around the headband, about 1 1/2 inches from the opposite end you first began with. Make a two-inch curve with the wire and string on more pearls. Wrap the wire around the headband, make a curve from the rest of the wire, leaving 1/2 inch and wrap the wire around the headband.
