Here is an exercise, that brings quick results.
Start with stomach down like you are going to have a push up.
Toes are the only part of your feet that should be touching the floor and one should push oneself.
Resting on your elbows and it should be parallel with one another.
Remember that it is your elbows and toes that should touch the floor.
Your back must be kept straight and keep your stomach muscles tightened while in that up posture.
You can lift your leg off from the ground but be sure that you keep your back straight and stomach tight.
You can do this on the other leg as well.
You can do this every day, and slowly increase the time.
Another very good one to slowly increase intensity is heal tabs.
You lay on your back, legs bend.
Keep them bend at 90 degrees, and just tap your feet to the floor.
Start slowly and work your way up.
This is just a routine you can add to yours.
And be able to help you achieve your goal.
No matter how hard it is just be determined and it will pay off.
