Keep your trainees motivated.
There are so many inspirational and motivational books that can give you great ideas on how you can keep your trainees motivated.
You can praise these people each time they do something good or reward them each time they achieve great milestones on your programs.
By doing so, you can encourage them to do better and better the next time.

Be in control.
You need to be in control of your programs.
You will need to know how to handle difficult situations or difficult trainees.
You must also know how to limit your coaching time in a way that your trainees will not miss out any important information.

Be in the know.
It is not enough that you know a lot about your chosen niche.
There are always new information that are being discovered everyday and some of these may have a direct impact on the things that you are teaching.
It would help if you can always do your research to keep yourself posted on issues that your clients might want to know about.
6.
Know your audience.
You can better serve your clients if you know them inside out.
Get to know the problems that they are facing, their aspirations, the reasons why they need your expertise, their preferences, etc.
