As to the unusual physical condition, we would think that people won't have any changes. But I have to admit that running really changes me. The important thing is that it makes a great contribution to my mental side. When I doubted about the running benefits, I would analysis the advantages and disadvantages of jogging. I wished to know if jogging could bring benefits to all the people. Therefore I started to question the joggers' thoughts on the jogging. At last there are a large amount of joggers have the familiar thought with me. As a matter of fact, the condition is equal. We have the similar aim to run. They want to have a healthy body. People hope to own a strong figure and permanent power. But there are still some people decide to run to waste the extra energy. After several months' running, joggers began to take much time to jog. They even jogged all the day. Because that they knew the benefits in the running. Sometimes we may say that we just feel it in the mind. A lot of people wanted to know the method of harmonizing the private time and jogging time. He told them that he was a fellow of God but at present he is a jogger. He regarded the jogging as holy thing, and he liked it very much. He increased the running to the highest level. For quite some time, people made a detailed research on the advantages and disadvantages of running. But as to the psychological effects of running, people just made a basic research. So we cannot belittle the benefits of running. There is a huge connection between the body situations and the mental conditions. We have to know the nature of the running. And we have to decide the time of running. People should keep in mind that long time jogging is not a nature thing. As long as people jog fifteen minutes a day, we should at least run twenty minutes a day and three days a week. Maybe there are a lot of joggers own the familiar opinion with me. If people become stronger and stronger, they may want to increase the jogging quantity. A large number of joggers think that one hour's jogging is a kind of inspiriting sport. However due to the dissimilar conditions the effects of jogging are dissimilar. Therefore we have to concentrate on the distinct good and bad sensation of jogging.
Running can remove the pain. A lot of Americans own bad body condition. They smoke so much and drink so much. They always want to eat delicious food. In England as long as young people have a strong mood, their heart will be destroyed. So people would wonder that there is a contradictory phenomenon. After the world war, more and more people want to run. If you see that tennis and golf field, you can see that many people are practicing. The doctor never mentioned the inspiriting examples to the others. Almost all the doctors own the bad and selfish minds on the sport. The experts think that they have the official opinions on the coronary disease. They often display that they have good life ways. They don't think that they would do wrong things. Therefore they often mislead the patients.
