How to Remove Ink From a Suede-Like Couch

    • 1). Saturate the ink-stained spot on the suede-like couch with baking soda. Leave the baking soda on the stain for a few hours to isolate the stain and absorb moisture. Vacuum the baking soda from your couch to remove.

    • 2). Wear dried ink off the suede-like surface by rubbing it with sandpaper. Carefully rub the material, causing the dried ink to flake. Vacuum the surface to remove any loosened ink.

Dampen a clean sponge with white vinegar. Wring out the sponge to remove excess moisture. Blot the remaining ink stain, starting at the outside of the stain and moving toward the middle.

    • 4). Treat any remaining ink stain with a cloth dampened with dry cleaning solvent. Sponge the stain, repeatedly, until the ink stain is completely gone. Allow the suede-like material on the couch to air dry completely.
