- 1). Extract the files within the PES 2009 option file to a folder on your computer's desktop. Do not change the names of any files or the folder name itself.
- 2). Insert a flash drive into an open USB port on your computer. Drag the extracted PES 2009 option folder from your desktop onto the flash drive. Remove the drive from the USB port.
- 3). Power on your PlayStation 3. Insert the flash drive into an open USB port on the console. Scroll to "Game" on the cross media bar. Scroll up to "Save Data Utility" and press "X."
- 4). Scroll down to any PES 2009 save data and press "Triangle." Select "Delete" and press "X" to confirm.
- 5). Scroll up to the top of the "Save Data Utility" menu and highlight "USB Device" then press "X."
- 6). Highlight the first PES file on the drive and press "Triangle." Select "Copy" and press "X." Scroll down to the next file and repeat the copy process until all files have been copied.
- 7). Press "Circle" to exit back to the cross media bar. Insert your PES 2009 game disc into the console, highlight the game icon and press "X."
- 8). Begin your game; the PES 2009 option files will be immediately available to you.
