- 1). Brew fresh espresso according to your espresso machines instructions. You can brew 1-3 shots in regular or decaf depending on the strength of coffee you like for your iced mocha. For a pint size glass I recommend two shots in the mocha but if you like week coffee go with one and if you like strong coffee go with three.
- 2). Fill a pint glass to the top with ice.
- 3). Mix the Hershey chocolate syrup with the espresso while it is still how.
- 4). Pour the fresh espresso and chocolate syrup over the ice.
- 5). Fill the glass to 1 inch from the top with ice cold milk and stir the iced mocha. 2% makes the best iced mocha but you can use 1% or fat free if you are on a diet.
- 6). Add whipped cream and dust the top with cocoa powder if you would like to make the iced mocha look pretty.
