End Processes

• 1). Press the "Control," "Alt" and "Delete" buttons together to open the "Task Manager."
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Processes" tab and locate the "TrojanDownloader.Win32/Renos.JM" process and then right-click on it.
  
  
• 3). Select the "End Process" option from the menu that appears.
  
  

Delete Registry Keys

• 1). Click the "Start" button and then click on the "Search" option from the menu.
  
  
• 2). Type "Regedit" into the search bar and then press your "Enter" button. This will open the Registry Editor."
  
  
• 3). Right click on the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\TrojanDownload:Win32/Renos.JM" key in the editor.
  
  
• 4). Select the "Delete" option from the menu.
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click the "Start" button and then click on the "Search" bar.
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Search" option.
  
  
• 3). Type "TrojanDownloader" into the "Search" bar and press the "Enter" button.
  
  
• 4). Right-click on each file that appears on the "Search" menu and then select the "Delete" option to delete them.
  
  
• 5). Restart your computer.
