If the problem persists, try using the baking soda paste twice a week (in regular intervals) but not more than that.
Green tea is the magic beverage that has been found helpful in fighting the malodor from the mouth.
The unsaturated and brewed version of green tea has polyphenols in abundance that considerably declines the rate of growth of the odor causing bacteria.
Moreover, green tea also contains a little bit of unalloyed copper; it acts as a kind of natural scrubber to the tongue.
