Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines (2012)

Chronologically, Wrong Turn 5 follows Wrong Turn 4, so the three mutant brothers are back. They're under the thumb of a serial killer named Maynard Odets (the old man at the gas station in the original film), who found them wandering around after escaping the hospital. It's Halloween, and people are descending upon the small town of Fairlake. West Virginia for the annual Mountain Man Music Festival. When Maynard jumps in front of a car carrying friends Billy, Cruz, Lita, Gus and Julian, they crash, and a scuffle ensues between them and Maynard. Before the mutant brothers are able to ambush them, Sheriff Angela Carter arrives, and finding drugs in the kids' car, arrests them, along with Maynard. Meanwhile, when Billy confesses to owning the drugs, she lets the others go. They proceed to get picked off by Three Finger, Saw Tooth and One Eye, who are seemingly in not too big of a hurry to break Maynard out of jail. When they finally get around to laying siege to the jail, the sheriff deputizes Billy and town drunk Mose to help defend the building, but they are soon killed also. Eventually, only Sheriff Carter and a blinded Lita are alive, and the sheriff is captured and tied up in a cell while the brothers set the police station on fire. Maynard props up a shotgun that she can choose to shoot herself with if she doesn't want to burn to death, and she chooses to do so. Later, as blind Lita stumbles down the road, she thinks she's rescued by a passing truck, but it's the cannibal clan that picks her up and drives off.
