Pregnancy and fertility issues bring up our worries and fears.
If you are anxious 'by nature', then pregnancy provides much fodder.
Concern does not have to be limited to your body, health, the baby's health, birth and so on.
Your mind might be rambling years ahead wondering how you are going to manage tantrums or cope as a parent of a teenager etc.
And even though you really would love to relax into this pregnancy and feel calm about birth, parenting and family life, worry sticks its nose into scenes from the future tainting them with the aroma of anxiety.
You Are A Pregnant Worrier Right? You have always been a worrier.
This is just the way you are.
You just can't help it.
Right? That is probably how it feels.
Indeed it is likely that you have lots of evidence for that.
However, it may be useful to remember that 114 million years ago on this glorious planet, the very first flower ever came into being (A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle).
The earth had been covered in vegetation for millions of years before this miraculous event.
A few weeks before it happened there was probably little or no evidence of what was going to take place or even that it might be possible.
And then...
suddenly...
it appeared.
Moving Beyond Worry in Pregnancy? It doesn't matter if you have worried chronically all of your life.
This is not 'who' you are, it is just how you have been until now.
And you can open up to peace, confidence and joy in pregnancy, birth and beyond in a way that you have never experienced before.
Really.
You can.
Don't be distracted by the evidence of what has happened up until now.
Focus on what you really want in pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
You can start practicing now!
