The State has made it mandatory for every individual to carry some kind of insurance before they are allowed to drive vehicles.
No exceptions have been made as far as this requirement is concerned.
Irrespective about whether the person driving a vehicle is a youngster or an adult, male or female, they are required to carry a policy issued by an insurance company.

One can find a number of women trying to circumvent the law by not investing in car insurance.
Such women could have a feeling that they will never be stopped or perhaps would be able to convince the authorities in some way for not purchasing insurance.
