New Year's at the Needle

The Space Needle's tophouse is transformed into a massive New Year's Eve party where guests are treated to a six-course meal at SkyCity restaurant followed by dancing on the Observation Deck until 2:00 a.m. Dinner cost: $250 per person and it includes tax, gratuity, and valet. The 605-foot Space Needle is also the famous backdrop to thousands of pyrotechnic effects on New Year's Eve. Plan ahead as over 20,000 people gather below the tower to view the firework display at midnight.

Vessel

Vessel offers their modern bar for private New Year's Eve parties. On the years it's not rented out privately they put on a New Year's Eve celebration where locals dress up in their holiday best and ring in the New Year with a glass of bubbly. 1312 5th Avenue, downtown Seattle.

Seattle Lunar New Year Celebration

Seattle's Chinatown/International District celebrates the New Year! Enjoy Asian-inspired arts & crafts, food and booths, children's activities, lion dance, dragon dance, and live cultural performances. The festival begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th. Free admission.
