How to Remove Salt Stains From My Uggs

    • 1). Pour 1 cup of water and 1/2 tsp. of dish soap into a cup.

    • 2). Dip a toothbrush into the cup and stir to create soap suds.

    • 3). Scoop the suds only onto the toothbrush, and scrub the suds into the salt stains.

    • 4). Moisten a cleaning cloth with plain water, and rub it over the boots to remove the lifted salt residue and any remaining soap.

    • 5). Dip the edge of a cleaning cloth into white vinegar, and rub it in small, circular motions over difficult stains that are not removed by the soapy water.

    • 6). Wipe a damp cloth over the boots after all salt has been removed to collect the salt residue and vinegar.
