Everyone can make money from blogging.
Yes, everyone.
There really is no secret.
But there are some key steps which you need to know to make money blogging with the right keywords.
What are keywords? If you don't know the answer to this, you need to.
It's the single biggest piece of information you'll need if you're to prosper selling anything online, or running any form of business online.
Keywords are words that people type into Google (or other search engines) when looking for good and services.
You want a pizza, you type "pizza in London".
That phrase constitutes your keyword and through very clever, and constantly changing, algorithms (mathematics, essentially), Google delivers-up your web pages according to which it thinks are most helpful to you.
What do I need to focus on Keywords? Because they're were the traffic is.
Period.
Without traffic, your blog will be quiet.
It won't make money.
And it'll be no more than a hobby, really.
Not that there's anything wrong with that at all, and many people love it, but that's not what we're talking about here.
Are Keywords to do with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)? Absolutely.
And to understand it a bit deeper, look here.
But for the time being focus on the fact that your keywords drive your content and, often, drive what you're going to sell.
What does this mean? If you find out, using Wordtracker or one of the other tools out there, that 500 people a day are typing "red running shoes with spikes" into Google and a relatively small number of sites are delivering-up good content on that topic, you've hit a possible gold seam.
Why? Because there's a market which is poorly satisfied (or at least not fully satisfied, probably).
Similarly, there are indeed people out there looking for "purple cardboard boxes" and "desks designed for tall people.
" And keywords which lead to product areas which are well-searched and relatively un-satisfied are great niches.
Is niche marketing where it's at? Absolutely yes.
Don't be drawn in by the get rich quick schemes.
There are thousands and thousands of them out there.
DO focus on very basic economics: if supply exceeds demand, it's difficult to sell.
If vice versa, it's relatively easy to sell if people can find your product or services.
And, unless they are existing customers or unless they hear about you via other means (traditional, bricks-and-mortar type marketing) then search engines are the front door of your shop.
How do blogs fit in? People love good, well-written content on subjects which interest them.
So has it always been and so shall it continue to be.
The good news is that the clever people at Google have made their search engine love good, well-written content on subjects which interest Google's users.
A good fit.
And, with a good audience, a blogger can justifiable sell products to that audience.
If it's done properly and in accordance with good business principles.
Conclusion Really DO believe.
Is it easy? No.
Is it worthwhile? Yes.
Do you need a plan and to understand it? Yes.
Good luck learning how to make money blogging with the right keywords.
