- 1). Add wheatgrass seeds to a bowl or put them in a sprouter if you have one. Fill the bowl or sprouter with 2 to 3 times as much cool water as wheatgrass seed.
- 2). Add 5 to 10 drops of Citricidex Grapefruit Seed Extract to the bowl or wheatgrass sprouter for every 16 ounces of water used.
- 3). Mix the seeds to make sure they are all making contact with the water. Soak the wheatgrass seeds for approximately 8 to 12 hours. Drain the water, rinse the seeds with fresh cool water and set them in a room at 70 degrees in direct sunlight.
- 4). Pour 16 ounces of water into a spray bottle and add 10 drops of Citricidex. Place the lid on the bottle and shake it gently to mix.
- 5). Rinse and drain the wheatgrass seeds every 8 to 12 hours until tiny wheatgrass sprouts appear. Mist the seeds with the spray bottle mixture of Citricidex Grapefruit Seed Extract and water after every rinse-and-drain cycle.
