  For around $50 (as of March 2010), Troy-Built offers its model TB50. This weed trimmer has a dual string, a 15-inch trimming span, and a 4.5 amp. motor. With the motor on top of the unit, it is designed to be easy on the back, and it has an adjustable shaft. This model includes an edger wheel for a neatly trimmed look.
