Many people believe that drinking a little alcohol in moderation isn't harmful at all and can be relaxing. In a recent study, it was discovered that there is a link to drinking moderately and a reduced risk of dementia. Drinking alcohol in moderation has some positive health benefits; however, when a person drinks too much there are grave side effects. Drinking too much also leads to malnutrition, inflammation of the pancreas, skin problems and osteoporosis.
