Who is Mr. Irrelevant in the NFL Draft?

Over the years, the last player selected in the annual NFL Draft has acquired the nickname of Mr. Irrelevant. The name evolved simply because the last pick in the draft was often irrelevant because the player many times failed to make the selecting team's roster. Although the odds are against them, there have been a number of Mr. Irrelevants that have hung around over the years.
