Guide Review - Urban Cookies
I was fortunate enough to be able to try one of each of three three types of cookies offered at this time by Urban Cookies. The Urban Cookie has dark chocolate, oats, coconut, and walnuts, giving it a crunchier texture. The Simple Urban is a milk chocolate chip cookie, traditional and slightly chewy. The Coco Urban is dark chocolate, milk chocolate and pecans, thick and chewy and softly sweet, in that dark chocolate sort of way.
I'm not a chocoholic by any means, and I'd always rather have another appetizer than a chocolate dessert. While all these cookies were good, the Coco Urban was great!
Urban Cookies makes their 99% organic cookies in the kitchen of a local non-profit organization.
They sponsor a work program for at-risk girls, and a percent of the annual profits is donated to charity. At their web site, you can find all the ingredients for each cookie. At this time the cookies don't have published nutritional information, but I'd like to think that with natural ingredients like these, they've got to be good for you!
