Learn What a Systemic Yeast Infection Is And How to Get Rid of It

A Systemic Yeast Infection is caused when candida grows out of control and it grows root-like structures that penetrate your intestinal wall.
This destroys the boundary between the circulatory system and the intestinal tract, allowing toxins and proteins that haven't been digested yet into your bloodstream.
This can cause food allergies, which in turn can lead to very serious medical conditions.
Systemic yeast infections will cause various symptoms such as diarrhea, bloating, irritability, depression, and fatigue.
It is also common to have lower abdominal pain, especially after eating.
Other symptoms include respiratory problems, migraines, food sensitivities, and urinary tract infections.
When you start experiencing these symptoms, it's a sign that the yeast are causing damage.
Normally, candida albicans in your intestinal tract are kept under control by your immune system and friendly bacteria.
Systemic yeast infections result from changes in the immune system or when those helpful bacteria are killed, usually from drowning your body with antibiotics time after time.
This is backwards thinking and each time you have an outbreak you just simply take a dose of diflucan thinking this is the fastest way to clear up your yeast infection but time after time it comes back and it's usually worst each time.
And for some the first dose of antibiotics doesn't completely eliminate the symptoms so they choke down another dose hoping this time everything will be magically cured.
This is the dangerous cycle of a recurring yeast infection turning into a severe systemic yeast infection.
Systemic yeast infections are responsible for causing various medical conditions.
It can lead to arthritis, high cholesterol, and Crohn's disease.
It can also cause you to develop acid reflux disease and asthma.
In order to change this major pain in your ass your going to have to get serious about wanting to get rid of your systemic yeast infection.
I would recommend that you stop using antibiotics, steroids, and birth control pills because they depress your immune system.
Here are a few tips that you should start doing daily:
  • You should switch to all-natural and chemical-free deodorants and laundry detergents.
  • Don't use strong soap or perfumes when you take a bath.
  • Wash your underwear separately in hot water.
  • Use a condom while having sex.
  • Remember vegetables are good, sugar and alcohol are bad, including sugar from fruit.
