• Wal-Mart, which is the number one Fortune 500 company in the U.S., sells both kitchen and home appliances. Wal-Mart sells top brand dishwashers, air conditioners, heaters, microwaves, ovens, refrigerators and vacuums. Some of the top selling appliances include the Hoover Whisper Vacuum, Brother 60-Stitch Sewing Machine, Sunbeam Personal Heater and George Foreman Quesadilla Maker. • Lowe's is rated as the 42nd largest company in the Fortune 500 and sells a variety of Energy Star-rated appliances.
