How to Add Shine to Your Artificial Greenery

    • 1). Spray your artificial greenery with water from a spray bottle and gently wipe down the individual leaves with a cloth rag to remove dust.

    • 2). Place the plant in front of a fan set on low or medium for about 20 minutes. This will help ensure that the leaves are dry.

    • 3). Lightly spray each leaf with a disinfectant spray or anti-dust spray. This will add shine to your artificial greenery and help deflect some of the future dust. Place the plant back in front of the fan to dry or just put it back in its usual place and let it dry naturally.

    • 4). Massage each leaf with a very small amount of olive oil to add to the shine of plastic greenery. This is not, however, good for use with cloth greenery.
