I immediately downloaded the e-book to my iPad, and it was extremely easy to turn from page to page and really scan through what the whole program is about. The way that the e-book is written is very creative and innovative so that it remains informational the whole way throughout.
There is a section for dieting where there are a ton of different meal plans, and there is a section for strictly exercising. Daily e-mails are also provided when you purchase the program due to the fact that you subscribe to the mailing list when you get it. In all honesty, the Truth About Abs was a huge surprise for me because there was a lot of hype for it and I wasn't expecting to uncover eye opening methods and tips in it in concern to its diet manual and exercise plan.
The next two parts about the program are the diet and exercise manual where the dieting manual teaches some very innovative methods about well balanced diets.
