  Jurong is in the western region of Singapore, home of the Nanyang Technological University. This section of Singapore is primarily industrial, but it features chances for walking and bird watching activities at Jurong Bird Park and Jurong Park. Jurong is within 25 minutes of hotels in Singapore's city center.
