There are many benefits to getting physically active and giving one bad habit for a good habit can have a huge psychological impact and build confidence that helps to reinforce your decision to quit.
Stress is often referred to as one of the main reasons a person has difficulty quitting and it is also the number one reason why people go back to smoking.

Before you run off and join a gym it is important to know that in order to get adequate exercise you don't need to spend a lot of money and time at the gym.
