- 1). Select "Summarize Comments" under "Comments' in the top menu bar.
- 2). Select the layout option to generate each page of a document with connector lines for comments (second option) or to print a list of comments only (third option).
- 3). Select how comments will be sorted using the options in the drop-down menu next to "Sort comments by" (such as page, author, date, or type of comment).
- 4). Select the font size of the comments (i.e., small, medium, or large) in the section "Font Size."
- 5). Select the color of the connector line, if applicable, by choosing a color from the drop-down palette next to "Connector Line."
- 6). Click the button, "Create PDF Comment Summary" to view a new PDF document.
- 7). Select the "Save As" function under "File" to save your document summary, select the destination folder, and type the file name. Click the "Save" button.
