I recently was in charge of arranging my best friend's hen night party. I had to arrange everything and as she was my best friend, the night had to be a memorable one! I very nearly had everything arranged, when I came up with a brilliant idea.... Hen Night Badges!! I would need 24 badges for the whole group and at this size scale, the only problem was how and where do I get this many badges??

I was recommended to look online rather then go to the shops as online these sort of things will be more creative. I did some research and came across a website that makes personalised badges. When looking at this website, I noticed that not only did they design badges but they could custom make the badges, to any design idea you may have. This I thought was very lucky as, as I was looking at the site, I thought the badges I wanted could be personalised as well. Perfect I thought!!! A website that not only could i make my own hen night badges but I could also do it online at a touch of a button.

Me being me, well I am not very good at using computers, especially completing things online. However, this website also had an excellent feature, "How to make badges", a step by step guide to making my badges. So here I was, getting creative and making my design for the badges for the hen party, when on badgeboy, I came across a design idea...photo badges.

So I gathered the best photo I had of the bride to be and scanned it on to my computer. I had this as my background to the hen night badges and then personalised each badge, to have each of the 24 girls name's on. Then I had the bride to be' name and "Hen party" written on them too.

I completed the design steps and finalised the details on the personalised hen night badges. I paid for the badges and was told they would be with me in less then a week. This was good as the hen night was in 6 days! The badges arrived 5 days later and they were fantastic, I loved them!!! And when it came to the hen night, the girls, including the bride to be loved them too!!!
