Wild Soul is a unique hero.
He can use toggle between being a melee hero and a ranged hero.
He also summons a bear to help him fight.
He is a solid hero that can outperform any hero in a small match.
Starting Items I like to buy Ghost Marchers right off the bat.
Since you start off with a ranged attack you should be able to last hit well.
I purchase a Whispering Helm as soon as possible.
When you get this item, go find a minotaur and dominate it.
Every 5 minutes, dominate another minotaur and you will turn into a 1 man stunning machine.
Early Laning Getting last hits should be no problem.
Have Wild Soul and his bear both selected.
This will allow you to have both units attack at the same time, increasing your chance for the killing it.
In the early levels you won't be able to kill heroes very well so focus on getting gold.
When you're around level 4 you can clear your lane of creeps fast and then run to a yellow camp and out level your enemy hero.
Mid Game Hopefully you have been able to dominate at least 1 minotaur.
I like to hot key the minotaur as 2.
Now you have the potential to kill an enemy hero.
It's best to find one a ways away from a tower because you often have to chase.
When your bear procs entangle your minotaur will have time to get in range.
Use the minotaur's stun and keep hitting that hero.
There is a good chance you will kill him before the stun wears off.
Buy two brutalizers, One for Wild Soul and one for his bear.
I recommend keeping the first one on Wild Soul and when you get a second, the bear can have one.
If you played well you can have up to 2 minotaurs and 1 brutalizer by level 14.
If you can catch an enemy hero alone with no blink spell, they will be stunned to death.
You can also take down Kongor solo at a very low level.
As soon as you get a brutalizer go take him down.
Late Game Firebrand makes for a great next time for Wild Soul.
In a typical fight you will run in with a couple of minotaurs, your bear, and Wild Soul.
Whoever you are on will be stunned and snared 100% of the time.
That gives them no chance to escape and very little time to fight back.
Team Fights In team fights you are a mixture of a tank and damage.
You should try to be higher level than everyone because you can neutral at a very early level.
You can initiate the fights well because you are a stunning machine.
Try to use your minotaur to stun at least 1 person.
