- 1). Hold a die in one hand and a polishing cloth in the other. Begin to polish the die by covering your fingers with a polishing cloth and using the tips of your covered fingers to rub the cloth along every side and angle of the die.
- 2). Take the die out of the cloth and look at every side of the die in bright light to see if there are any remaining marks or smudges. Use the polishing cloth to focus on smoothing out those areas on the die.
- 3). Use bristles from a soft brush to brush out the concave areas of the dots on each side of the die. Once you have cleaned out all the dots, take your polishing cloth with your fingers and rub the die one final time.
