Summer is almost here...
Yea! With summer just about upon us, we all need to find ways to protect and repair our skin from the damage of the sun.
A good sunscreen will help however it's only one step in a 5 step skin care program.

But with summer comes spending more time outdoors and in the sun.

Use a good moisturizer daily- After you spend time outdoors in the sun and/or after you bath or shower, apply a good quality moisturizer.
By treating your skin to some much needed vitamins and minerals you can limit the damage that the sun exposure will cause.
