Pistachio Guacamole



Goes great alongside seafood like grilled lobster. This exotic recipe was contributed by Executive Chef Sebastian Le Gall of the St. Regis Bora Bora.

Ingredients
  • 3.4 oz coconut milk
  • 1 oz pistachio paste
  • One 6 oz avocado
  • Splash of lime juice
  • .7 oz. pistachio milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • Total Time: 10 minutes


Preparation
Mix the coconut milk and pistachio paste together. Add to a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Crush together with a fork. Serve alongside any seafood dish.
