Insomnia Causes - Many Other Problems As Well

On of the most popular water cooler topics is always how tired we all are from the pressure of work and our personal lives.
So many of us are tense, stressed and just worn out it would make sense when we get a chance to finally crawl into bed after yet another exhausting day, we should fall fast asleep, right? Unfortunately for many of us, that just does not happen.
We just collapse as we hit the mattress, and then find ourselves tossing and turning and not getting the rest our minds and bodies desperately need..
Instead, we find ourselves stuck in a vicious cycle of being overly tired, dealing with insomnia, and then being even more stressed.
You know the feeling that the cycle is literally spinning out of control and all we can do is hang on and hope for the best.
It just seems impossible to ever relax, enjoy a calm, easy day, and enjoy an uninterrupted a good night's sleep.
If these conditions only impacted our own well-being and health that would be a big enough problem; But the feelings of always being tired, not getting enough restful sleep and just being overwhelmed also greatly affects how you deal with both family and friends.
Being able to again get a good night's sleep is the first essential step to being able to handle the daily demands and challenges of work and family.
If you are well rested, you think clearly and are more liable to make reasonable decisions.
And, once you get some real sleep, you wake up much more relaxed, you are more rested and your overall levels of stress begin to come down.
The bottom line to all this is what you already know; Insomnia causes a lot of related problems an a good night's sleep is as essential to your health as is what you eat and drink each day.
Sleep is one of the important tools your body needs to function.
