Some homemade treatments are more than enough to maintain the youthful glow of your complexion.

You'll need to get rid of your unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking.
Cigarettes and alcohol are murder on your skin.
Plus, you also have to make sure your body receive the daily nutrients it needs.
That's not all.
You also have to keep your body lean and toned by getting enough exercise.
Sweating opens your pores and gets rid of the toxins in your body.
On top of all these, you also have to observe a regular beauty regimen.
That means you also have to spend some quality time pampering your skin.
One good example would be taking luxuriating bath salts.
This is one way of getting in some much needed rest and relaxation.
Bath salts help get rid of dead skin.
They are also great for moisturizing your entire body so that you continue to have a smooth complexion.
You don't need to go to the spa or the hot springs for this.
You can easily whip a bath salt solution right in your own home.
First, fill a container with three-fourths coarse sea salt and Epsom salts.
Place them in a mixing bowl and add some lavender essential oil or any oil of your choice.
Second, stir carefully and make sure no lumps are formed before placing the mixture in a jar.
Let it stand for a day or so to enable the salts to absorb the oil's fragrance.
Third, measure your salts again and some baking soda.
Add glycerine, some essential oil, a few drops of food coloring and mix well.
Place them again in a jar and leave for a day or so.
Add the salts just before you enter the tub and enjoy!
