If you are just like me who never gets content with the amount of traffic and sales leads that I get from article marketing, you'll surely find these tips very useful: 1.
Perform a keyword research.
Some article marketers are doing keyword research only once and they stick to the keywords for the longest time.
What they don't know is that popular keywords can vary from time to time as the needs and demands of online users change on a regular basis.
So, I recommend that you perform a keyword research at least once a week to make sure that the keywords you are targeting are still the most popular among your target readers.
2.
Write more articles.
You'll stand great chances of multiplying the traffic that you generate through article marketing if you boost the number of your articles.
Just make sure that you do not sacrifice their quality in the process.
If possible, write as much as 5-10 articles per day so you can generate a minimum of 15 inbound links per day (you can include a maximum of 3 URLs on your resource box) that can surely pull up your search engine ranking.
Running out of topics to write about? Take a look at the topics that you have already written and write them from different angles.
Make sure that you offer some new information to make them worth reading.
3.
Think like a reader.
Put yourself in the shoes of your potential readers when writing your articles.
Each time you put new information, ask yourself; is this useful or relevant to the lives of my readers? Are they going to appreciate this or is this just a waste of their time? Then, decide if the writing format and techniques that you are using match their preferences.
Keep in mind that your goal here is to impress your readers so they will click on your website so give them everything they want.
4.
Project professionalism on your articles.
If you want your readers to consider you as someone trustworthy and someone who is professional, you need to make sure that your articles will speak volumes about your expertise and that they are well-written.
They must be free from any grammar and spelling errors and they must be written using the most appropriate language.
5.
Provide examples.
You can make your articles more interesting to read and much easier to understand if you can use examples or personal stories when writing about difficult or new concepts.
