"There Are No Angels Here"

This episode will focus on Pratt and Carter's work in Africa. Pratt will continue to be overwhelmed at life in Darfur as an incredible amount of people needing medical attention come for help.

Carter works on a Shiek and his pregnant wife, but he is met with more problems when government officials come to arrest the man.

Pratt goes on a very dangerous mission at night to get to another hospital.
