- 1). Know backside 180 ollies and kickflips well before you start to think about this trick (see Related eHows).
- 2). Roll at whatever speed you are comfortable doing backside 180 ollies.
- 3). Have your front foot positioned like you would for a kickflip (with your toes near the middle of the board close to the front bolts).
- 4). Begin to turn your shoulders like you would for a backside 180 when you hit your tail, and at the same time give your front foot a flick (the same as a normal kickflip motion).
- 5). Catch the flip with your back foot at the height of your ollie, somewhere around 90 degrees.
- 6). Turn the rest of the 180 using your hips and feet (both feet should be back on the board by the time you are at the peak of the trick's height).
- 7). Land on all four wheels if possible, though most people land a little on their front wheels to make the pivot of the last few degrees easier.
