- 1). Cut open a cereal box so that you have one flat section of cardboard. You'll only be using a one-by-one-inch circle, so even a single-serving box will work.
- 2). Place your toilet paper roll onto the cardboard and use a pencil to trace around its base. Remove the roll, and cut out the circle that you traced with scissors.
- 3). Spread a bead of glue around the edge of the toilet paper roll's base and affix it to the circle of cardboard. Let the glue dry. Hot glue is best, but plain white glue works if you don't have a glue gun.
- 4). Apply glue to one side of a popsicle stick and place it vertically on the outside of the toilet paper roll. Repeat for each of the 15 popsicle sticks, so that they cover the entire roll. Allow the glue to dry.
- 5). Use paint to finish your gift. Paint the cup colors that your loved one will like, or experiment with alternating color designs.
- 1). Place your grapevine wreath on a flat surface. Gather your wine corks, bow and silk flowers.
- 2). Apply hot glue to one side of each cork, and place them randomly about the wreath. Keep a small section on the bottom of the wreath clear, for the bow.
- 3). Apply glue to the back of the old gift bow, and place it at the bottom of the wreath. Poke some floral wire through the back of the bow, and tie it to the wreath's vines to ensure a sturdy hold.
- 4). Add your silk flowers to the wreath by sticking the stems into the wreath so that they are worked in between the vines. They should hold nicely, and can be rearranged anytime you like.
