- 1). Make sure the B100 is powered on by pressing the switch on the back panel to the "On" position.
- 2). Check that the B100 is plugged in using its included AC cable if its lights are dark and it doesn't respond to your pushing its power switch.
- 3). Measure how much water you're adding to the B100's top reservoir if it overflows or if you notice water dripping from the side. The B100 can only hold a maximum of 80 oz.
- 4). Review the Keurig's holder assembly if water leaks out of its top spout. The K-cup holder needs to rest inside the brewer drawer. If the cup is missing or tilted, water may drip.
- 5). Wait for the allotted time before removing your brewed beverage if you notice quality lacking in your tea or coffee. Insert a K-cup into the holder and close the brew drawer. Place a mug below the B100's spout. Wait until the top of the B100 flashes its green light before pressing "Brew." Remove your beverage after 45 seconds or when the B100 stops dispensing liquid.
- 6). De-scale the B100 every couple of months if you notice a buildup of mineral deposits or strange tastes arising in your brewed beverage. Empty the B100's water reservoir and fill it with 64 oz. of white vinegar. Put a cup or mug under the spot and press "Brew." Wait for four hours, then press "Brew" four times. As the vinegar cycles through the B100, it dissolves any mineral deposits. Remove the vinegar and rinse out the water reservoir before resuming regular use.
- 7). Contact Keurig's coffee maker support line toll-free at 866-901-2739 if you still cannot get your B100 appliance to function correctly. Support technicians are available daily from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).
