The basic thing that you can do is avoid fatty and fried foods, you have to make it a habit to only consume freshly prepared foods and not at all rely on packed foods as they contain a lot of trans fats and a whole lot of preservatives that will hamper you weight loss program.
Also, I have come across a number of people who skip meals thinking they are avoiding the intake of calories but this is the worst ting that you can do, because your body needs a lot of protein enriched foods to support any kind of exercise regime.
So don't skip your meals, all you have to focus on is timely and healthy eating habits.
So keep your motivation level high and follow our easily manageable diet and exercise routine in a matter of few months you will regain all your lost confidence and self esteem, be assured that you will lose your stomach fats forever.
