I read on here somewhere your body can only take 40 grams of protein per hour, the rest you piss out.
Is this true? Because I see that go way over 40g with many supplements, and many foods in general, and was wondering why.
This question is a question you will probably see right now, and may have heard mixed responses about this in the case that some people have heard it may damage you body to take in too much protein at a time.
many times I wondered the answer to this question, and it is an important question whether your into bodybuilding, weightlifting, and any type of exercising.

Now obviously the human stomach can only hold so much food per sitting, until you are full, but a lot of weightlifters, and bodybuilders live off of high intake of protein, and you have to think to ask yourself, Is there a limit of Protein the body can take in at a time??? There is not one answer for this, but it is suggested, to only take in around 25-50 grams at most of protein, per sitting.
Now again this depends from person to person.
Your body can handle quite a lot of it, but at a sitting you probably shouldn't go over this number by much.
but that is around the number you want to go by in general to keep the body at its prime after a workout.
