How to Take Off a Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

    • 1). Connect the engine pulley remover to the power drill and tighten the power drill's tip. Make sure that the power drill is completely charged before you proceed.

    • 2). Place the tip of the engine pulley onto the bolt so that the bolt is in the center of the pulley remover. Make sure that the teeth on the pulley remover go into the hole surrounding the bolt.

    • 3). Set the power drill to reverse and pull the trigger. Pull the trigger until the bolt is completely removed from the center of the crankshaft pulley.
