Sony had announced its new smart phone called Sony Xperia Z Ultra. The mobile is in the form of Touch Bar and the device weighs 212 grams which has dimensions of 179 mm x 92 mm x 6.5 mm.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra sports 6.44 inches with LCD touch screen with the display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and 16 M colors. It has operating frequency of GSM - 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. The display has Shatter proof and scratch-resistant glass. The device has been given a metallic frame with tempered glass on both the front and back, giving it a stylish and trendy appeal.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Operating System and is supported by 2.2 GHz Krait Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor and has 2 GB of RAM capacity. The smart phone is integrated with Adreno 330 GPU graphics.

In terms of memory space, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra has an internal memory of 16 GB and can be further expendable up to 64 GB with the help of Micro SD Card slot. This model has an 8.1 Mega Pixel camera at the rear side of the phone and it has resolutions of 3264 x 2448 pixels. The smart phone is also enabled with front facing camera of 2.0 Mega Pixel. Other camera features like Auto focus, Touch to focus, Digital image stabilization, Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), Image Viewer. It also allows taking snaps and full HD videos under water.

Sony Xperia Z Ultra is available in Black, White and Purple colors. The device is built-in with Li-Ion 3050 mAh with talk time up to 840 minutes and stand by time up to 790 hours. The Sony Xperia Z Ultra may be priced between Rs. 38627 and Rs. 44990.
